I started my therapy with Windy 36 years ago. I was 25 years old almost 26 and didn't understand my coping patterns as a child of domestic abuse didn't serve me as an adult. We examined my childhood and began the Inner Child work to heal the emotional child within. I used her at the beginning of her career and she was gifted then.
