Today I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Song for my second eye exam, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Song is a soft-spoken and attentive professional who genuinely cares about her patients.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the punctuality of the appointment. There was no waiting time, which is quite rare and very much appreciated. Dr. Song took the time to patiently listen to my vision concerns and provided a thorough explanation of the causes and potential remedies. Her ability to communicate complex information in an understandable and reassuring manner made me feel at ease throughout the consultation.Dr. Song's expertise and compassionate approach make her an outstanding eye doctor.
