Dr. Yael Schonfeld is a knowledgeable, kind, supportive, caring professional. She ALWAYS makes time to see me if there is an issue and returns phone calls so quickly. She spends the time needed to answer every question. She put me at ease from our first meeting. She is interested in me as a whole person and not just someone who needs support with devices. I appreciate this as it gives her a better understanding of how my issue is impacting my life. I also am glad to know I am not alone with this issue or any problems I may have with the device. Even during the pandemic, she has been there for me.
