She spends the time needed to answer every question. She put me at ease from our first meeting. She is interested in me as a whole person and not just someone who needs support with devices. I appreciate this as it gives her a better understanding of how my issue is impacting my life. I also am glad to know I am not alone with this issue or any problems I may have with the device. Even during the pandemic, she has been there for me.
