I have worked with many psychologists in my life and Dr. Khan, without a shadow of a doubt is the best. She is incredibly compassionate and empathetic. However, the reason she is the best is due to her unique approach. She has hybridized fostering a safe environment with an impressively organized and digestible approach to working through mental health and life challenges. She has a strong understanding of the science, and has a lot of life experience. She gave me the tools to do self-work, the motivation to execute it, and the support to feel nurtured, even when it got difficult. I have made more progress with Dr. Khan than I have with all the other psychologists combined. She reinstated my hope and self-confidence and I owe her my life.
