I suffered from localized, crippling pain in my shoulder/ neck area. I had been to a very good physical therapist (who had previously solved another serious issue for me) but thought I would give Dr. Liu a try. I'm glad I did! The PT gave temporary relief but by the next day I was hurting again, and I was looking at up to a dozen visits to get (hopefully) full recovery. One visit to Dr. Liu got me back to nearly 100% functionality and I'm confident that one more visit will finish the job. He did Tuina, followed by acupuncture. I had never heard of Tuina but it is now on my list of preferred treatments. As with any field, there are good and bad acupunturists (I've been to both); Dr. Liu is outstanding.
