I've been seeing Dr. Lin for about 6 months. I lost two close family members in 2020 and was feeling a lot of grief, but also depression and uncertainty about my primary relationship. Yu-Ying asks really good questions, making me consider my thoughts and beliefs. Are they based in reality or is there another way to look at a situation? She reflects back what I'm saying so that I can hear what is really present, causing me anxiety or confusion. I can hear her voice in my head and it's reassuring. I feel much lighter now and hopeful for the future. I would definitely recommend her :)
