Yvette takes pride in creating an authentic personal bond, built on mutual trust and understanding. She has a deep understanding that healing is not soley somatic OR cerebral, but to release trauma we must engage our whole selves. I feel safe when she is around, and she teaches me how to create that safety outside of our sessions. She has helped me to release trauma and patterns I have been stuck in for decades, in part by modeling what a healthy therapeutic relationship looks like. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who specializes in complex relational trauma, but truly she is able to find anyone where they are.
