So when you have diabetes, we always worry about eyes becoming involved in that process. When we take a look in the back of the eye,

some of those things that we can see are little spots of bleeding in the back of the eye. Sometimes, there's fluid that leaks or even blood that leaks.

And at the very extreme cases, you can actually have new unhealthy blood vessels and scar tissue start to develop in the back of the eye.
