answer

Stress, anger, and other strong emotional feelings can trigger heart arrhythmias like atrial fibrillation. Realize that what you think affects your heart and body. Take time each day to clear your head, be alone, and to relax. Find healthy outlets for your emotions such as recreational sports, yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and relaxation exercises. Also, consider talking with a therapist to learn coping tools to deal with your emotional stress.
