answer

One symptom of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is rapid eye movement, or nystagmus. Nystagmus occurs during an episode of vertigo in which the eyes move in jerking movements toward the side. As the jerky movements subside, the eyes will drift slowly back to center. Depending upon the cause of your vertigo, you may also experience blurred, double, or loss of vision.
