answer
A rebounder is better than a treadmill for someone with an injury to a muscle or joint such as a recent ACL repair or severe arthritis in your knee. The lower impact of a rebounder will allow people who cannot otherwise workout due to pain be able to get in a good quality workout. For those who have no issues that prevent you from performing load bearing exercise the treadmill is the better option. Walking, jogging, or running on a treadmill will burn more calories and provide weight bearing exercise, which helps improve the strength of bones and muscles.
