Will I get sick from eating mayonnaise that's been microwaved?

The short answer is no. Commercial and mayonnaise-type dressings are prepared under strict quality controls (e.g. using pasteurized eggs) and the addition of acidic ingredients such as vinegar and lemon juice leads to an even more unfavorable environment for bacterial growth. This makes commercial mayonnaise safe, even in the microwave.
