Ingredients:
- 4 ounces firm, silken tofu
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon carob powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter with salt
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
- 1 drop stevia, vanilla flavor
- 1 tablespoon whipped non-dairy cream
Preparation:
- Place sliced strawberries in the bottom of a dessert dish or in an individual dessert bowl.
- Put tofu, almond milk, carob powder, almond butter and stevia into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mousse on top of strawberry slices. Chill for at least one hour.
- Top dessert with a small amount of non-dairy whipped cream. Place one strawberry on top.
