Peaceful Asian pear salad recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups raw arugula
1 medium raw Asian pear
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
⅛ tsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp chopped pecans
¾ tsp cider vinegar
1 dash sea salt
1 dash black pepper
1 drop stevia (add to taste)

Preparation (Serves 1):

  • In a small bowl combine oil, sweetener, mustard and vinegar.
  • Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  • On a large plate arrange arugula and top with pear and pecans.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad when ready to eat.
