Easy corn on the cob recipe

You can boil the corn or throw it on the grill and skip the butter for a smoky take on the classic preparation.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ear organic corn
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Dash sea salt

Preparation (Serves 1)

Clean ear of corn. Place in boiling water with butter and sea salt. Boil until bright yellow. Eat as a snack for fiber and high energy.
