answer
Foods that are high in potassium are helpful in regulating your blood sugar. Raisins do contain lots of potassium. They also contain fiber. However just eating raisins may not be enough to lower your blood pressure. Following a plant based diet, exercising regularly, and not smoking are habits that will lead to lower blood pressures.Avoid being overweight or obese and stay away from unhealthy fats. Eat healthier fats like avocado, olives, and seeds and nuts.
