answer
Prediabetes is primarily a state of insulin resistance and a warning sign that you could develop diabetes. You can jumpstart weight loss by enjoying small, frequent meals and snacks, using a food journal or diary as well as measuring cups or spoons to keep the focus on portion control, exercising regularly especially after meals, and practicing stress management techniques. Stay positive and consider meeting with a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator to guide you through this process. Also, be aware of food samples at stores. Every bite counts towards your total calorie bank balance.
