What do I do if I miss a dose of ferrous sulfate and folic acid?

It’s important to follow the dosing directions when taking folic acid and ferrous sulfate, or any supplement. If you miss a dose, you should take it as soon as you remember. But if it’s almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed dose. Then, you should get back to your normal schedule. Never take two doses to make up for the missed dose.
