The question is what is your real age. And what I want to know from you ladies is what age do you feel you are? So I just turned 66.
So we almost represent three different generations here whether we're meeting as professional women. And my real age from the Sharecare app
is about seven years younger than my stated age. And I think it's pretty accurate. I definitely feel like I'm easily into my 50s or mid-50s.
What about you, Juliana? So I'm 50, and it said that I was 41.
And I would have said 39 is how I feel. In my mind, and maybe this is all like make-believe and like
wishful thinking, but I like to think, I wish I were 35. I feel 35 in my mind.
But I am 44. So, Patty, you said we're like three, we're not three generations, honey. No, I'll be 45 in a few months.
So nope. Your one tip to age less is, Juliane, what
is your one tip to age less? Find a deep relationship with the concept of agency and learn how to find your voice and your purpose
in life in balance and community with others. Love it. Patty. Stay curious.
We always want to say, oh, eat this, move this way. But I think that if you stay curious and you stay engaged,
that's going to take care of all of the other pieces. My piece of advice, my one tip to age less is to do what you love.
If you're doing what you love, I just think it's the best thing in the world. And it's a gift as well. [MUSIC PLAYING]
