Transcript
There are always downsides to medications. All medications have side effects,
and each medication has its own set of side effects. You know, some of the ones we worry about, for example, with the anti-psychotics
is weight gain, and so-called metabolic syndrome, you know, high cholesterol, lipids. The important thing here is to be
working with a physician, where you feel you can really talk openly about what you're experiencing.
Where you can ask all the questions that you want to ask, and where it's a team. Where the two of you are working together to try to get you
the maximum help with the minimum side effects. That really is the goal.
