Eat Right Now
Change how
you eat
Sharecare’s Eat Right Now program can help you lose or maintain a healthy weight. This app-based program is proven to help you overcome binge eating by 40%!
What makes Eat Right Now different?
While fad diets can help you lose weight, they won’t stop you from re-gaining it. This is because diets do not target the deeper reasons for your eating habits. With Eat Right Now, you can keep the weight off by learning how your cravings are triggered. You’ll learn how to “rewire” your brain to change your food habits for good.
