Chi-gong is an exercise that integrates the mind and the body, originated in China
several thousands of years ago. Now it's become more popular here in the West.
People-- you see people at the park practicing tai-chi, which is a form of chi-gong.
Chi-gong simply means to study a mastery of energy in your body. And so this practice can be very simple to learn.
You can even learn it on an audio set. In fact, I have a set called Chi Meditations for Self-Healing.
