10:59Dr has done probably 5 colonoscopies on me + endoscopies. Yesterday I learned something new. “Flat polyps” that have higher chance of being missed during procedures, bigger chance of growing into cancer if not removed. I had tears in my eyes when I got home after reading about these knowing how lucky I am to have an experienced Dr who could find and remove these. Not all Gl Dr’s are I discovered. Basically he saves my life each time I see him. My dad had colon removed at 70 bc of colorectal cancer. I said what the heck am I doing wrong. He said nothing it’s genetics come back in 3 years. This was only 5 years. After 15+ polyps removed yesterday they grow quickly. Thank you Dr Medina, I am forever grateful! Cheryl
