I joined kaiser for the first time 2 years ago (I am 52 y.o) and randomly chose Dr. Kiang because of how she looked and her educational background. I have been thrilled by the care i have received from her. She is unbelievably thorough in her lines of questionning, and seems to always have the appropriate amount of time to spend with me. I never leave feeling like i didn't get enough. She also responds so quickly to emails, always within the day, usually sooner.
