Since my two doctors at the clinic had retired, I made a consultation appointment with Dr. Angelats for a potential surgery. He actually reviewed my extensive and complicated file before we met! For over six months I continued to postpone a decision until he called me to come in for another test. He reached out to two hospitals for a less invasive option. When that was not possible, he explained the surgical procedure at length and all the measures to prevent complications. He allayed my fears and anxieties by taking the time to respectfully answer every question. The surgical outcomes were excellent and my recovery was swift. He made me feel like his only patient and a real partner in health decisions.
