Attentive, listening, empathetic doctor, creating comfortable atmosphere during visit.Dr. Yalamanchili is detail oriented: during endoscopy performed for stomach related symptoms, doctor biopsied small and hardly noticeable (as later confirmed by surgeon) changes in esophagus which if not treated would lead to cancer in less than 14 months. Those pre-cancers changes do not give symptoms and the cancer is called 'silent killer'. I am so glad that Dr. Yalamanchili detected these very small changes which after surgical removal were found to be moderately advanced pre-cancers cells.
