Patient Reviews

Both my husband and I see Dr Leo and are very pleased with his care. He has a wonderful demeanor with his patients and explains everything fully.Where we have both have had problems is with the staff. I wish Dr Leo knew about this but you can’t discuss this unless I pay for an appointment. I’m still waiting for over 2 weeks for his assistant to correctly send my post procedure antibiotic script in to my pharmacy. I’ve called a few times and so have the pharmacists. The staff is quick, cuts us off, and continue to send in incorrect sig or dispense quantity on my script. How do you order an antibiotic twice and day for 7 days and then order a quantity of 1? And then think there is nothing wrong? My husband is now going on 3 weeks and his prostate med still is not sent in, despite repeated inquiries. As much as I hate this, I may need to change urologists if his staff cannot get their act together. They need to realize that if it weren’t for the patients, they would have no jobs.
