Dr Otten is truly an outstanding Doctor. His calm and welcoming manner is extraordinary. Dr Otten performed the stem cell procedure on both my hips and both knees in March 2019. I am doing all the activities I was able to do before pain began to hinder my movements. I can Garden and walk my dog daily, and more, without pain. I am very grateful for his work!
