I had an ovarian cyst that sent me to the emergency room where Dr. Freitas was on call. I am super high anxiety with medical procedures and she has a very calming demeanor. She explains everything thoroughly without being condescending. She did the surgery 2 weeks later and went out of her way to fit me in. She also did a very nice job on the incisions and they seem to me to be as small as possible (a big concern of mine). She’s so amazing I immediately switched my teenage daughter’s care over to her.
