She heard me, listened and gave points on relief for mental health symptoms as well as managing anxiety. She never judged or spoke out of context. Was open and honest about what would be hard and what would be easy weeks. Did the work and continue to grow happier. She is moving and leaving me and I wish I could move too to continue processing and excelling thru mental health milestones.
