Much like with everything in life, too much of anything can be no good for you. There's a few different health risks that occur with caffeine that people should be aware of.
One is that it can lead to cardiovascular problems. So too much caffeine can cause your heart to race, you can feel heart palpitations, and this
could lead to further cardiovascular complications. Another is that in some severe cases, seizures can even emerge.
We can also see loss of sleep, difficulty falling asleep as a result of consuming too much caffeine.
And also, it's important to note that people can develop a tolerance to caffeine. So one might be feeling that they have energy and are
energized off of a cup of coffee or one energy drink, but over time, they can develop a tolerance where they need to consume more and more and more coffee
or more and more of those energy drinks in order to feel that euphoria. So it's important to make sure that you regulate the amount
that you consume and that you're aware of how much you're consuming so that these complications don't emerge. People typically see caffeine as something

There are cases in which people have overdosed when using caffeinated powder. And it's important to note that these
are health risks associated with it, and that it is something that can occur.
