Yoga Tips: Improve Your Posture

Want to help out your posture?
Give yourself a deep arm stretch. And if you're not that flexible, you can use a strap, a towel, your clothing, anything.
So I'm going to show you a towel. Take a towel. Open it up. Grab one end with your right hand.
Drop it behind your back. Reach your left arm around. Grab that towel. Lift your chest.
Hold it here for a full breath and then let it go. For a deeper stretch, you can bend the body forward keeping
the chest lifted. To release, just release the end of the towel. I'll show you on the opposite side without the towel.
Bring the left arm up overhead. Bring the right arm around. Finding an interlaced grip, lifting the chest.
Holding it here. Exhale. You can extend the little bit forward for a deeper stretch,
