Food jags, eating the same food often, are common in the toddler and preschool years. More frustrating for you than harmful for kids, the best approach is to stay low key about them. The more you focus on food jags, the longer they may last. It's okay to offer his favorite food everyday -- just include other foods with it to encourage variety.
