The reason it's important to trust your intuition when
it comes to your health is because most people don't realize this, but your intuition is a part of your physical body.
Most people think of it as a thought, but it's actually a physical location in your body-- here at the back of your brain.
It's the reptilian brain. The oldest part of your brain. And also in your gut. There are hundred million neurons
or brain cells in your gut. And these really activate when your body senses danger.
Usually during our normal lives, if you live in a safe environment, these parts of your brain and gut aren't really active.
But if something is going wrong, either in your body or in your environment, they will sort of activate and light up. And that's when you want to pay attention to them.
