One study found that when people sit around too much, the enzymes that help you break down fat practically turn off.
That's bad news for your waist. And it can also mean trouble for your heart and arteries. The solution is to get up and move.
Pace back and forth. Stand up. And do whatever you can to move your legs. Try these tips.
