Try one of these ideas. Spin a hula hoop. Did you know that hula hoop spinning can burn
210 calories in 30 minutes? It can boost your heart rate as much as a brisk walk.
Toss a Frisbee. You can burn 100 to 200 calories in 30 minutes. Dance away. Join your kids playing dance video games.
Dancing can lower your risk of dementia by 76%. It's a workout that doesn't feel like a workout, and it's a lot of fun when it's just too hot to go outside.
Hit the pool. You don't have to swim laps either. Try walking in water. It has 12 times more resistance than air,
so you'll get a great workout. Finally, go to the beach. Walking on soft sand burns 20% to 50%
