If you have arthritis the best type of doctor to see is a rheumatologist he is a board certified internist that didn't specialize
in arthritis, non surgical treatment for your problem. They are experts in determining, not only the type of arthritis that you
might have, but in the proper medication to take and different types of medication, dosages, they're experts in this area. And
I'm a firm believer when you have a serious problem you should see somebody that's the best that they can be, and you need to start with the best specialist for that particular problem, and
with arthritis it's a rheumatologist. That said, you should always have a structural evaluation. Remember that you may have a disease
but you are also a mechanical functioning individual and unless you are optimally aligned you are gonna have increased friction
on your joints and optimally aligning yourself from the foot up, will decrease those arthritic symptoms.
