Life Unscripted: Zoey and a hard day with adult asthma

There's nothing worse than feeling like you're a frequent flyer in the hospital. On a hard day with asthma, I definitely stay home, take it easy, take all my medicine,

follow my safety plan that I set up with my doctor. Fall to winter is definitely where my asthma flares.

Not only is the asthma bad, but it's also cold season. And cold season can trigger your asthma, too, like with pneumonia or bronchitis.

I had an asthma exacerbation. If you're having a hard day with asthma, take it easy. Call your friends. You don't want to be in a position where you're alone.

So preventing that and getting help, even if you're not sure whether you need it, is definitely, definitely important.
