Hear about what life with asthma is like.
Transcript
Hi. My name is Zoey. I'm from Connecticut. And I live with adult asthma. [MUSIC PLAYING] If I could explain asthma with one word,
it would definitely be a whirlwind. Some days are good, some days are bad. But in the end, it is OK.
Asthma makes me feel blessed because of the things that I've overcome. And I feel lucky to be sitting here
and to be helping people who have asthma like me. So I haven't really known a life without asthma.
I've learned to better cope with asthma. I've learned my triggers. I've learned, hey, I'm not doing so great. And I need some help.
Definitely having a great support system-- and taking those bad days and learning from them is also how I stay positive.
Asthma is obviously something that can feel very debilitating. But it is manageable. Knowing how and when to talk to your doctor is important,
and finding the right doctor. [AUDIO LOGO]
