A major life event-- a divorce, an accident, the loss of a loved one-- can derail a lot.
It can change our work, our families, our finances, our health. But remember, you can't do everything.
And you shouldn't. You have a lot to care for, and a lot to take care of. So don't beat yourself up if something
slips through the cracks, because things will slip through. And that's OK. Focus on what you can do to help yourself and those you
care about. And do what you can. Self-care is critical right now, and we'll share some ideas.
But right now might not be the time to try too many things. So hold steady, and be aware of any destructive habits that
