Symptoms of fructose intolerance
are really easy to identify. And they are just a few. It's gas, bloating, and loose stool, sometimes
for some people. But the gas and bloating are pretty noticeable and often occur within even half an hour to a few hours of eating something that's
high in fructose, like fruit or certain vegetables or condiments, like ketchup and relish that have high fructose corn syrup.
