Remarkably, 90% of the patients in my practice have throatburn reflux. No heartburn symptom whatsoever.
The symptoms of throatburn reflux are related to-- think of a fire going off in your throat.
You have chronic cough, you have hoarseness, you have a lump-like sensation in the throat, you have excessive throat clearing,
