Most of the people that follow me know that I've had thyroid problems. I found a nighttime routine that worked for me to help my eyes
feel better. So basically the solution was go up to a room that had, you know, a little less exposure to light and allow me
to kind of lay in a darker area, and that worked. At the end of the day, I would, of course, take a shower and make sure to wash my face.
The steam would always irritate my eyes, so after that, I would use eyedrops that I kept in the refrigerator.
Right before bed, I would use a gel, like, an eye lubricant gel, something a little bit
thicker that would last overnight. And then I would use an eye mask right before I went to sleep
