Join us as we take a moment to embrace the power of acceptance and foster a greater sense of inner peace and well-being.

ROB SUHOZA: Hello, I'm Rob Suhoza. This meditation can be done sitting, standing,
lying down, or even walking. Let's take a few full breaths together
staying aware of our inhale, filling the lungs, and then just gently and slowly exhaling.
And now, we can allow the breath to return to its natural state,
and just notice where are you most easily detect from the breath. There's nothing to control here, nothing to do.
Remember, this is a practice of acceptance. There's no right or wrong way to do this.
