So how can I raise my HDL level naturally? So HDL, a huge part of this, in truth, is genetics.
So, you know, you're born into a good HDL level. But there are certainly things that you can do, when you're looking at it from a lifestyle standpoint, that
can elevate your HDL further. So one thing is, if you're a smoker, stopping smoking. That's going to increase your HDL.
If you're overweight or obese, getting down to a normal body mass index. That's going to make a difference
with elevating your HDL. Also, focusing on your diet. If your diet is primarily saturated fats,
and switching that over to like a monounsaturated fat. That's also going to contribute. And exercise is also going to contribute
high cholesterol
