[MUSIC PLAYING] The biggest piece of advice that I would give it to someone
living with psoriasis is to love yourself despite your circumstances. A lot of times we live through life
and we're like, if I just lose some more weight then I can feel good about myself. Or if I correct this about myself,
then I will feel better. And some people with psoriasis will say if my psoriasis just went away,
then I would have the self-confidence to live. I have been 90% covered, and then now I'm
virtually clear because I found a treatment that worked for me. And I still struggle with self-esteem issues
and the ability to love myself. So it really has taught me the value of loving yourself through the circumstances.
Whether you're covered from head to toe or whether you're clear, you just have to find the ability to love yourself right
where you are. So that's their advice that I would give to anyone who's living
psoriasis
