was always a difficult challenge and really scary, because I was very uncomfortable with showing my body to anyone.

I spent most of my life wearing long sleeves and long pants. And when I met and told my now ex-husband

that I have psoriasis, he was like, you know, you have nothing to be ashamed of. I don't care that you have psoriasis.

I love you for you. And that really put my guard down. It made me feel comfortable. So the insecurities and lack of confidence
