Before you leave the house, you can actually put a little bit of deodorant or antiperspirant on your feet. Sounds crazy, I know. It's not just for your underarms.
But before your feet start sweating, you can put that on there to prevent the moisture, which is what's going to lead to friction in the actual shoe.

So we all love a fabulous pair of shoes. The sad thing about a fabulous pair of shoes is that frequently they're too tight
or they don't really fit well in some part and they rub. And so that's just going to be a setup for getting blisters.
So there's things that you can do to prevent a blister from ever happening. First thing is, before you leave the house,
you can actually put a little bit of deodorant or antiperspirant on your feet. Sounds crazy, I know. It's not just for your underarms.
But before your feet start sweating, you can put that on there to prevent the moisture, which is what's going to lead to friction in the actual shoe.
Second trick to prevent blisters is to put some Band-aids on. Now, you don't have to use the ones that are like that fleshy colored skin color that doesn't
match everyone's skin color. Use a clear one. A clear one is great. You can throw them in your purse. You can put them on your feet and no one will ever
know that you have them there. Make sure to put the Band-aids on parts of the skin on your foot where you typically
find that your shoes rub. Maybe in the back of the heel, on the great toe or the small toe. And put those on before you ever start
to have that friction rubbing there, and that'll help set you up so that you can dance all night. [HEART BEATING]
