This habit change is for the best. You will get healthier and you feel better. But will also have challenges. Many people who try to breathe free are at risk of weight.
Especially as they eat more to replace their old habits. It'll help to think about what you eat. But don't obsess right now.
Doing too much at once makes forming new habits hard. Think about ways to increase your activity. Maybe a long walk will help calm your mind
and curb the calories. Maybe now is the time to pull out a bike from the garage or dust off the dumbbells in the attic.
