What is your biggest trigger-- you know, the one you're most likely to reach for your old habit? Don't rely on willpower to get you away from the temptation.
Rely on changing your actions. Identify some of your top triggers. And choose something that you could do instead.
If the trigger is after dinner, your new habit could be a 10-minute walk or a piece of dark chocolate. If your trigger is stress, your new habit
could be a glass of sparkling water. Or a five-minute deep stretch. Your body will want to do something
in the place of your old habit. So give it that little something to do.
